What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system exits the transaction during table conversion.

How to fix this error?

If the table conversion has been completed successfully, you can restart
the transaction. You use transaction <DS:TRAN.SM37>SM37</> to check the
status of the batch job.
