    The hierarchy for entity type &V2& has an additional entity type &V3&
    that uses the setting &V4& and the key assignment <LS>Key cannot be
    changed, no internal key assignment.</> However, all entity types used
    in a hierarchy (except for the entity type on which the hierarchy is
    defined), must have the key assignment <LS>Key cannot be changed, no
    internal key assignment.</>
