What causes this issue?

Data model &V1& is already active and entity type &V2& is contained in
the active version. In this case, you may no longer change the type of
key assignment for entity type &V2&.

System Response

The system cannot activate data model &V1&.

How to fix this error?

Reset the type of key assignment for entity type &V2& in data model &V1&
to #&V3&&V4&#.
