What causes this issue?

You must specify a namespace for generating structures so that no
existing dictionary objects are overwritten. The standard namespace
/MDG/ is provided. You can also use your own namespace.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Specify a valid namespace.
