What causes this issue?

With realignment run &V1&, a realignment has been performed without
replication of transaction data. must be re-initialized. If this is not
done, the data in the InfoProvider will be inconsistent.

System Response

In the BW system, start an info package with the option <ZK>Initialize
the Delta Method</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
