    You want to open the Web interface for processing, or switch to the
    processing mode. However, the Web Interface Builder automatically
    switched into the display mode. Possible reasons for this are:
    The Web interface is already being edited by another user.
    The Web interface package does not allow any changes. The Web
    interfaces delivered by SAP can be copied by the customers, but cannot
    be modified later without a developer key being requested.
    The system settings generally forbid changing workbench objects.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
