    Some Cascading Style Sheets and MIME objects, which the BSP application
    to be started uses, are created centrally in the environment of the BSP
    application SEM_UPWB. So that these can be used, the appropriate HTTP
    Service Entry must be created or activated. If this does not happen the
    BSP application to be started can only be used with restriction.
