The complete value list is only available for variables with the
following settings:
Restriction to exactly one single value
Input allowed by user
Variables of the type hierarchy or key figure are not allowed here as
well variables with more than one characteristic.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Proceed in one of the following ways:
Set the indicator to FALSE.
Use another variable.
Delete the reference to a layout (if it exists).
