What causes this issue?

There is a problem with the background job for sending e-mail for
subplan &V1&, planning sesion &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To check job '&V3&', choose <ZK>System</>-> <ZK>Own jobs</> from the
menu.
