What causes this issue?

You want to delete package type &V1&. The package type, however, is
already used in the units.

System Response

The package type cannot be deleted.

How to fix this error?

Proceed as follows:
Delete the units in which the package type is used. You can only do
this if the units have not been released.
Delete package type &V1&.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
