What causes this issue?

You want to create a correction package. This must always take place
with reference to an existing original package (=unit). The original
package &V1& which has been referred to, however, does not exist.

System Response

The correction package cannot be created or changed.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that the correction package is only created with reference to an
existing original package.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
