What causes this issue?
The cell currently selected is locked against changes, either through
data slices or the cell is in a comparison row or comparison column.System Response
A document cannot be created for locked cells. An existing document
cannot be deleted.How to fix this error?
In order to create, change, or delete documents, the cell cannot be
locked against changes. However, a document on a locked cell can be
opened in display mode.Procedure for System Administrators
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
