What causes this issue?

Interactive planning creates a message log for some events, which occur
when structuring the planning screens. The following messages are being
gathered at present:
Messages from the verification of combinations of characteristic values
Messages on invalid combinations of characteristic values in
characteristic hierarchies
Messages on combinations of characteristic values, which are locked in
data slices for planning
Since the combinations of characteristic values are not normally taken
into account when structuring the sceen, a 'Detail' function is usually
in the message, which displays the exact combination of affected
characteristic values.

How to fix this error?

The messages displayed in the additional log are designed as an
additional source of information; however, interactive planning can be
continued when the additional log contains messages. The additional log
is particularly useful in the Customizing phase.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
