What causes this issue?

This part of the message log contains the messages that result from
manual entries. However, 'formal entry errors' such as the entry of a
character string in a numeric field which cannot be interpreted as a
number, are not gathered here. For such entries, the system generates
an individual error message directly.
The part of the message log on manual entries, contains messages on
sources of errors, which can be determined by the following questions:
Are the characteristic values within the selection of the planning
package?
Are the characteristic values valid?
Does the characteristic combination already exist?
Is the characteristic combination locked in a data slice for the entry?
Is the characteristic combination valid?
Is the characteristic combination valid for a characteristic hierarchy?
Is the indicator for verification selected for one characteristic
hierarchy and exceeds the total distributed values of the distributable
value?

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The errors for these messages must be removed, otherwise the data
cannot be saved or transferred to the data buffer for further
processing.
