    In the planning layout you have selected the indicator 'Planning in
    characteristic hierarchy' or you are using a hierarchy with chargable
    nodes. Furthermore, the indicator 'Check entry in hierarchy'. The check
    consists of making sure that the total distributed values do not exceed
    the distributable value. This is not the case with the current values.
    If all cells, which can influence the value to be distributed, are not
    ready for input (in a comparison column), the message is only used as
    information for the cell concerned (see message type in the error log).

    System Response

    The values cannot be changed in the case of error.
    All functions for navigation (for example 'Next combination') or local
    settings cannot be executed.

    How to fix this error?

    Correct your entry, so that the total distributed values does not
    exceed the distributable value.
