What causes this issue?

The present selection for characteristic &V2& does not contain any
valid values. This can happen when you have entered a range in the
level or package for characteristic &V2&, or when the characteristic is
compounded. In this case no dynamic &V1& can be generated.

System Response

No manual planning can be executed with the present layout and the
current selection.

How to fix this error?

Check the selection for characteristic &V2& and if necessary for the
higher-level characteristics.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
