What causes this issue?

The name of format template &V1& contains at least one underscore.

System Response

Microsoft Excel 2000 cannot store format templates with an underscore
in their name because of an error. This can lead to problems.

How to fix this error?

Rename format template &V1&. Instead of using an underscore as a
separator, you could, for example, use a hyphen.
