What causes this issue?

A hierarchy for characteristic &V2& is used in the lead column.
Characteristic &V2& is compounded and the higher-level characteristic
&V1& is in the data area. Such a distribution of characteristic
compounds in different areas is not allowed.

System Response

The system has moved characteristic &V1& from the data area into the
header area.

How to fix this error?

If you want to put characteristic &V1& in the data area again, then
delete the hierarchy.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
