What causes this issue?

The environment (planning area or level) of the layout &V1& (&V2&) has
changed. In this form, the layout can be processed but no longer used
for planning.

System Response

The system attempts to automatically adapt the layout to the new
environment.

How to fix this error?

A consistent layout status cannot be generated automatically in every
case. Look at the log of the changes made and then process the layout.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
