How To Fix UPP_FR012 - Excel worksheet cannot be saved as HTML

What causes this issue?

In the settings for the planning layout, you have defined that the
Excel worksheet should be read as an HTML file and saved
(provisionally). This is not possible.

System Response

The Excel worksheet is not available as an HTML version in the Web
Interface Builder.

How to fix this error?

A worksheet can only be saved directly as HTML as of Microsoft Excel
2000. Check your Excel version. If you have Excel 2000 or higher
installed and the problem still occurs, then check your Excel
installation.
To proceed it is possible to deactivate the option "Save as HTML" in
the Layout Builder, remove the problem and save the layout again later.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
