  • What causes this issue?

    The parameter group can not be transferred in a transport request.
    Possible reasons could be for example:
    The parameter group is not yet persistantly saved in the database.
    You do not have the necessary authorization to transport the parameter
    group.
    The document belonging to the parameter group (for example layout of
    planning) could not be found in the SAP Business Document Service
    (BDS).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Save the current status in the database and repeat the transport.
