What causes this issue?

You attempted to restrict variable &V1& to several single values,
intervals or combinations. But that is not allowed. A variable with a
characteristic can either be restricted to a single value or to an
interval, a variable with several characteristics to a combination.

How to fix this error?

Restrict the variable according to the rule described above.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
