What causes this issue?

You have tried to enter the same technical name for two planning
objects of the same type (for example for two planning packages in the
same planning level).

How to fix this error?

Choose another technical name for planning object &V2& (new technical
name '&V3&' ).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
