What causes this issue?

The new description of the planning object - &V2&, new technical name '
&V3&' - is empty and therefore the object cannot be copied.

How to fix this error?

Enter a description for the object - in the dialog box go to the
appropriate row and enter the description in the column 'New
description'.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
