    You attempted to perform an action for which the predefined function
    &V1& is required. However, this is not the case. This situation can,
    for example, occur in the following scenario:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    You want to copy a planning layout from planning level E1 into planning
    level E2. However, the planning function type "manual planning" is not
    contained in E2. Therefore, the system cannot correctly arrange the
    layout to be copied.

    System Response

    The action cannnot be performed.

    How to fix this error?

    Create function &V1& and perform the action again.
