What causes this issue?

You have tried to add planning function type '&V1&' to the current
planning level. However, this function type is already assigned to the
planning level, and for that reason cannot be assigned another time.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

No further steps are necessary. If you want to create a parameter
group to the function type '&V1&', you can do this using the
corresponding function of the context menu for the function type.
