What causes this issue?

The selection conditions for characteristic &V1& were deleted from the
planning level because the flag 'Selection in package' was set. This
way the selection is determined in the planning package. The selection
conditions for a characteristic can be set either in the planning level
or in the planning package.

How to fix this error?

If you still want to set the selection for the characteristic in the
planning level, reset the 'Selection in package' flag.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
