What causes this issue?

Characteristic &V1& (&V2&) has selection conditions in the planning
package but does not exist in the connected planning level. However, a
planning package may only contain characteristics that exist in the
connected planning level.

How to fix this error?

If you change the planning package, the system automatically deletes
the selection conditions for characteristic &V1& from the planning
package.
