What causes this issue?

The planning layout was parameterized so that combinations should be
formed for all characteristics of the planning level, in accordance
with the maintenance of characteristic relationships. However,
combinations were generated in individual steps, but in total there
were no valid combinations.

System Response

Since no valid combinations can be formed within the selection, manual
planning is not possible.,,,,

How to fix this error?

If required, correct the settings in the characteristic relationships
in the context of the current planning area '&V1&'.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
