characteristic &V1& must be initial.
Value &V2& cannot be posted for characteristic &V1&.
Make sure that no other value is allocated as the initial value for
characteristic &V1& in the current multi-planning area.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
