selection conditions.
This error message can appear when you use a planning function to
generate data that is outside the data range specified by the selection
conditions of the planning package. This situation can arise, for
example, if you copy data from version 1 to version 2 but only version
1 is selected in the package.
The error message can appear with a planning function of the type
'Exit', when new data records are generated in the exit which are
outside of the selection condition ITO_CHASEL. This means
characteristics can only be changed in an exit which are in the list of
'fields to be changed'.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Modify the selection conditions of the planning package so that they
include the data that is to be generated.
The situation may also indicate a content error: If the selection
conditions are defined correctly, you may have to modify the planning
function's parameter group in such a way that the data that is to be
generated lies within the data range specified by the selection
conditions.
