What causes this issue?

The generated program '&V1&' should have been entered in the
administration table 'upc_grepcat'. However, this has failed.

System Response

To avoid inconsistencies between the administration table and the
actual existing programs, the transaction was terminated.

How to fix this error?

You can use Transaction <DS:TRAN.SE38>SE38</> to check if the generated
program '&V1&' exists. You can also delete it there.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
