What causes this issue?

The current user is not assiged to any cost center for processing.
However, this is the prerequisite in order to be able to execute cost
center planning.

System Response

The transaction cannot be continued.

How to fix this error?

In transaction BPS0, at least one value must be entered for the user in
the maintenance of the planning area related to cost center planning
for the variable "user cost center".

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
