What causes this issue?

For the time characteristic &v1& (&v2&) specified in the function, a
selection condition is neither entered in the level definition nor in
the package definition.

System Response

The calculation is not executed.

How to fix this error?

Enter either in the planning level or in the planning package a
selection for time characteristic &v1& (&v2&).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
