  • What causes this issue?

    You specified an exchange rate smaller than 1, meaning you have entered
    an exchange rate with fewer than six significant figures.

    System Response

    Exchange rates are entered with no more than four figures before the
    decimal point and no more than five figures after it. For EMU exchange
    rates, it is a legal requirement that six figures be used, meaning that
    the exchange rates must be maintained with at least one figure before
    the decimal point.

    How to fix this error?

    Move the decimal place in the exchange rate by one or more places to
    the right, and increase the To-ratio accordingly.
