What causes this issue?

Some of the exchange rate types named are TCURF entries with euro as
the to-currency or from-currency. The ratios for one or more of these
entries are different to those under exchange rate type M.

System Response

You cannot use the assistant to set up these exchange rate types for
the euro.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use these exchange rate types, you will need to make the
necessary settings manually.
