Message text: Error while reading industry from default BW system '&'
Measure Builder cannot read the industries from default BW system '&V1&
'
There are two possible causes:
The default BW system '&V1&' cannot be accessed. The system is possibly
not active at the present time.
InfoObject '&V2&' has not been activated in the default BW system. The
industries are master data of this specific InfoObject.
When displaying the measure, the industry list cannot be displayed. If
a measure is already assigned to an industry, you can only see the key
value of the industry, but no text.
When changing the measure, it is not possible to assign a new or
different industry.
Check whether the default BW system '&V1&' is correctly specified in
transaction 'UMC_DFTRFC'.
Check whether the default BW system can be accessed with transaction
'SM59'.
Check whether InfoObject '&V2&' is activated in the default BW system.
You can do this using transaction 'RSD1' in the default BW system.
