    The check "Inactive Nametabs UC" looks for table entries in table
    DDXTT_CONV_UC. The table is the so called "inactive alternate nametab".
    In general this table is empty. A non empty table DDXTT_CONV_UC
    indicates that nametabs have been generated not correctly. This can have
    an impact on the consistency of the system after the Unicode conversion
    because of the nametab switch during Unicode conversion.

    in the Unicode conversion.
