What causes this issue?

The table TCP0I must contain all languages which are used in the system.
If this table is empty, the SPUMG Language List cannot be initialized
properly.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Please use the report RSCPINST to configure the system properly.
