In the element assignment, you want to remove a scorecard element from
the scorecard you are currently editing.
The scorecard element is locked and for that reason cannot be removed.
Switch back to editing the scorecard and select another scorecard
element. Then go back to element assignment. Now you can remove the
scorecard element.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
