What causes this issue?

You can only use HTML-based texts for business transactions for CRM One
Order. Therefore, you can only use HTML-based texts for these text
objects:
<AB>CRM_ORDERH</>
<AB>CRM_ORDERI</>
<AB>CRM_ORDPTH</>
Text object &V1& is not one of these.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
