  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

To use HTML-based texts, a corresponding editor must be loadable in the
    CRM UI.
JQuery is a prerequisite to load this editor. However, JQuery could not
be loaded as SAPUI5 is not available on the corresponding ICF.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Ensure business function <AB>UI_FRW_RTE </>is active. When this business
function is activated, a corresponding editor is provided in the CRM UI
that is capable of arbitrary format options. Without this editor it is
not possible to use HTML-based texts as the previous editor is not
capable of providing arbitrary formatting options.
Ensure the ICF service <ZK>ui5_ui5</> is active using the service path
    <ZK>/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5 </>(transaction <DS:TRAN.SICF>SICF</>).
