The SAP error message UGMD623 indicates that there is an issue with the data being copied from the BW (Business Warehouse) system to the SAP system. Specifically, it suggests that the original data for the characteristic in question is already present in the BW system, and therefore, copying it again is not necessary or purposeful.

    Cause:

    1. Data Redundancy: The characteristic data you are trying to copy already exists in the BW system, leading to redundancy.

    2. Review Data Flow: Analyze the data flow from BW to the SAP system. Make sure that the extraction and loading processes are correctly defined to avoid redundancy.
    3. Data Consistency Check: Perform a consistency check on the data in BW to ensure that there are no discrepancies or issues that could lead to this error.
    4. Adjust Copying Logic: If the copying logic is not required, consider adjusting the logic to skip copying data that already exists in BW.
