What causes this issue?

You have attempted to start a SEM application which has a Windows PC
application integrated into it. However, you can only use these SEM
applications on a PC which has a Windows frontend installed. The
computer you are currently using does not have a Windows frontend.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Start the SEM application on a PC which has a Windows frontend and on
which the Windows PC application (that is integrated into SEM) is
installed.
