What causes this issue?

In the selection criteria, you have defined that a maximum of &V1& data
records are to be displayed. Since the number of data records selected
exceeds this number, only the first &V1& data records are displayed.
Note: If you do not have display authorization for some data records,
the number of records displayed may be less than &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to see all data records, increase the number of data records
to be displayed in your selection criteria.
