What causes this issue?

The dispute case record contains disputed items or contained disputed
items at an earlier time.
However, you can only include new items in a record that has never
contained any disputed items.

System Response

The system does not add the item.

How to fix this error?

Create a new dispute case that you assign the disputed items to.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
