What causes this issue?

You selected "C" as the left side of the cardinality for a hierarchical
relationship. This is incorrect because there has to be a referenced
entity for each dependent entity in hierarchical relationships.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First check the type and cardinality of the relationships again and
make the necessary changes.
