Message number: 019
Message text: Task &1: Inconsistent method assignment
The method assignment for task &V1& is inconsistent: Methods have
already been assigned to the task and are period category-dependent.
However, the methods come from different period category groups. Since
at a given date all methods have to come from a single period category
group, the current status is therefore inconsistent.
<ZK>Note:</> Such inconsistencies always arise if you assign methods to
the task for, say, time period A (such as 012/2002) and, <ZK>afterwards
</>, you assign more methods for an <ZK>earlier</> time period B (such
as 012/2001). And different period category groups are used for time
periods A and B.
The system will delete all methods that do not belong to period category
group &V2&.
This inconsistency can be cleaned up in any of the following ways:
Delete the method assignment and make new assignments while using the
desired period category group.
However, if period category group &V2& is the correct period category
group as per the current date, you can alternatively accept the method
assignments directly by saving.
To prevent inconsistencies from arising in future, you should always
start by maintaining the method assignments made for earlier points in
time before those made for later points in time when working on method
assignments relating to different points in time.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
