SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: UCUS0 - Messages for Tasks, ...

  • Message number: 013

  • Message text: Task &1: Assign a document type to task &1

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    You have <ZK>not</> assigned a
    <DS:GLOS.92FA4F84C681D511B1250008C784EFB1>document type</> to the task
yet. Document types need to be assigned to all tasks except for
    reclassifications.
The system permits you to not assign a document type to
<ZH>reclassification tasks</>. However, in this case, the system reads
only the data records from the database with posting levels "00 -
Reported Data: Entry" and "01 - Adjustments to Reported Financial Data",
and writes the data to the database without a document. Make sure you
really want to do this. If not, you need to assign a document type to
    the reclassification task, as well.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Call up input help and choose a suitable document type for task &V1&.
(This is not absolutely necessary for reclassification tasks.)
As an alternative, for most task categories you can enter the name of a
new document type yet to be created. After entering the name, choose
<ZK>Create</> (the pushbutton next to the document type).
