What causes this issue?

Task &V1& with task category <LS>Period Initialization</> is
consolidation group-based and therefore must be located in the task
hierarchy before all other consolidation group-based tasks (except for
the balance carryforward tasks).

System Response

The task sequence is invalid.

How to fix this error?

Move the task &V1& prior to the consolidation group-based task .
